National Association of Khinkali on 24-25 November 2018 visited Kazbegi gorge to study rules and tradition related to cooking of mokhevian Khinkali. Members of the Association had opportunity to cook and taste mokhevian Khinkali. For popularization of the rule of cooking mokhevian Khinkali the Association collected traditions spread in Kazbegi in connection with cooking of Khinkali and reflected the process of Khinkali cooking on photo/video material.
