On 17 February 2019 the members of the National Association of Khinkali met the dwellers of Mta-Tusheti in village Alvani.
Due to the fact that during the winter period ascending to the most beautiful Mta-Tusheti is related to difficulties, for degustation of tushetian Khinkali, the expedition was arranged exactly in village Alvani where the most part of the population of Tusheti spends winter period.
The hosts of the Association enabled the participants of the expedition to themselves cook tushetian Khinkali and told them about traditional method of cooking.
