National Association of Khinkali on 15-16 September 2018 organized expedition to Khevsureti village Gudani, the purpose of which was study of khevsuretian tradition and method of Khinkali cooking.

Members of the expedition were given opportunity to themselves participate in “laying of Khinkali” and taste khevsuretian Khinkali cooked by one of the distinguished recipes.  

In the issue of the expedition the Association obtained unique photo and video material reflecting rules and custom of cooking Khinkali according to the most ancient tradition.
